Well that was another amazing, amazing Bristol Comic and Zine Fair!
Thank you so much to everyone who came, everyone who exhibited and everyone who helped us out, we couldn’t have done it without you.
A special thank you to the Creative Youth Network who run The Station, if you have a second, have a look at their site to see what they do, it’s really great stuff.
Papergirl Bristol not only threw us a great drink n draw the night before at the Surrey Vaults, but were all round helpers and ace people.
Also thanks to all at Roll for the Soul for providing us with a place to wind down afterwards, it was great to catch up with some of you there.
If you’re having BCZF withdrawal symptoms, we’ve added a selection of photos from the day below. Thanks Esme Betamax for being the official photographer for the day – they are beauts.
Lots of love

It’s a veritable zine weekender…
We’ve been as busy as bees at BCZF HQ getting everything prepared for the fair, it’s just over a month to go now! Whilst we’re adding the finishing touches and to ease your wait, have a look at some of our exhibitors.
We’ll be updating this with many more amazing artists and zine makers over the next few days, so keep your eyes peeled…
We are excited to announce that applications for the fair are now open for zine makers who’d like to have a table. A half-table (approx 3′ x 2′) costs £16.
We are a curated show, which means that there’s an application process involved to exhibiting at the fair. The way we do this is to ask for you to provide a bit of info about you and the kind of work you might like to sell before we can offer you a table.
Full info on how to apply, including the application form, can be found on our ‘Apply’ page.
Applications close Tuesday 19th May 2015 at 6pm.
We’re looking for a brilliant illustrator to design the promotional material for this year’s Bristol Comic and Zine Fair!
We’re looking for a bold, dynamic poster that captures our approach to DIY arts and our love of comics, zines, illustration, and print.
The poster will appear online and on our printed materials and be the visual focus for this year’s fair.
There is a fee of £75 for this commission, and an additional option of table space at the fair.
Deadline for expressions of interest is Saturday 7th March 2015, 10pm
All the details of the brief and how to be considered can be found here.
